What to Expect
We'll meet at the **Cottonwood Lake Public Use Area**, where you'll receive a brief safety orientation before boarding the boat for a short ride across the lake to the beautiful **Lighthouse Island**.
Once you arrive, the island is yours to enjoy.
Spend the day moving between wellness stations, paddling around the lake, relaxing in the wood-fired sauna, cooling off with a cold plunge, joining a yoga session, enjoying homemade pizza, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
There are no strict schedules to follow and no pressure to do everything.
Relax at your own pace and enjoy the experience however you choose.

Afternoon Retreat & Overnight Option
Guests attending the **afternoon retreat** have the option to extend their experience by spending the night on Lighthouse Island.
For an additional **$50 per person**, you'll enjoy an evening on the private island and wake up to a light breakfast the following morning.
**Overnight spaces are limited to just 10 women.**
