The Kayak Adventure from SilverFinn Kayaking is Tuesday, June 23 from 6 to 8 PM at Lake Demontreville in Lake Elmo. Join us for a beginner and recreational-level experience on a kayak-friendly lake. Enjoy natural scenery while paddling at a relaxed pace. Observe loons, eagles, turtles and fish in their natural habitats as you explore the lake. Program is intended to be recreational and educational. Cost is $40 per single kayak or $15 with own kayak; ages 12 and up.
SilverFinn Kayaking offers programs for beginner and recreational paddlers. Kayaks, life jackets, and waterproof case for accessories included. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to sign waivers and select equipment. Instruction and safety guidance provided on-site. Wear shoes that can get wet. Dress in layers. Bring water, bug spray and a flashlight. Registration deadline is one week prior to class.
