Under the Blacklight: Moth Discovery Night

Meet at the open field in between the Willow River Nature Center and the beach pavilion.
Come meet some of the nocturnal critters found in the park after dark. We’ll be drawing in moths and various other insects that you’ll be able to see up close with the aid of black lights, while learning about moth biology, their importance in the environment and sharing fun facts you can tell your friends!
This event is free to attend for participants of all ages, but vehicle admission into the park is required. Outdoor events are weather dependent.
