Evelyn Casuga, CEcD Emeritus (Panelist), is Director of Community & Economic Prosperity at the Center for the Future of Arizona. She brings decades of leadership in economic development, community affairs, municipal government, education, and civic engagement, including 25 years at APS and prior city management roles. Evelyn serves on numerous boards and advisory committees across Arizona and has received multiple awards for civic leadership and economic development. She holds a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley and lives in Casa Grande with her husband, Jerry Stabley.
Dr. Mele Kramer, Ph.D (Panelist), is a Walden University Postdoctoral Fellow, Adjunct Professor, and Evidence-Based Coach specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her work focuses on leadership, organizational development, psychological safety, change management, and inclusive workplace practices, with doctoral research on stereotypes and Asian American women leaders. She brings more than 20 years of experience across federal, academic, and private-sector environments, including organizational development consulting, leadership coaching, and higher education administration. Based in Scottsdale, Dr. Kramer also serves as a mentor with ACEL.
