Join personal trainer Betty Fra for Chair Yoga and Meditation. Class will focus on:
Centering and Breathing (Prayanasama)
Main Warm-Up of postures (Asanas)
Relaxation (Savasana)
There will also be a meditation phase, incorporating sounds with Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drums, and seed rattles.
Class meets Wednesday mornings at 10:30 and will run 55-60 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water to drink. Weekly registration required.
