YWCA Jamestown GIVE BIG CHQ 2026

Thanks to an amazing grant we've recently received, our facility has undergone a beautiful remodeling project, allowing us to add brand-new classrooms to our childcare program. This expansion is a huge win for local families, moving us one step closer to meeting the high demand for trusted, quality early childhood education in our community.
However, we now face a unique challenge. While the grant successfully funded the physical construction and needed structural upgrades, its strict parameters do not permit the purchase of the everyday items required to adequately operate a classroom. Right now, we have beautiful, modern spaces—but the cabinets and shelves are still empty!
That is why we are turning to our community to participate in this year's Give Big CHQ 2026!
Our goal is to raise the vital funds needed to fully equip these classrooms from the ground up. We want to ensure that when our doors open, our students walk into an environment optimized for learning and growth.

Early Literacy Materials: Diverse, age-appropriate books to spark a lifelong love for reading.
Educational Toys & Activities: Hands-on STEM and cognitive development tools.
Gross Motor & Play Equipment: Safe, active-play items to support physical growth and creativity and meet the adaptive needs of all our learners.
Storage & Classroom Organization: Functional furniture, shelving, and bins to keep our learning spaces safe, structured, and welcoming.
