Give Big CHQ 2026 is a 24-hour community giving campaign taking place across Chautauqua County on Thursday, June 11, 2026 (12:00 am -11:59 PM) bringing together donors to support local nonprofits making a direct impact in the region.

Sukanya Burman Dance is excited to participate again in Give Big CHQ 2026. This is our third year participating and each year we are left completely humbled by the love and support our community shows us!
Last year, with your gifts, we raised over $4,200, support that directly sustained artists, kept performances accessible, and expanded dance programming (our new artist development platform- Art in Flux and our SBD Youth Program for 3-12 year olds) in our community.
This year, we are raising funds for free and low-cost tickets, fair compensation for artists, youth community programming, and a portable dance floor that allows us to safely bring performances into outdoor spaces like our city parks, schools, our farmers market, and public spaces across Jamestown and beyond. We are committed to bring dance to the people!
This work depends on both access and infrastructure and your support helps make both possible.
