The Cousins Maine Lobster truck will be on site serving their delicious Maine and Connecticut lobster rolls, lobster grilled cheese, lobster tacos, and bisque, all featuring fresh, wild-caught Maine lobster. While indulging in these mouthwatering offerings, enjoy the Mill's amenities, including the open Snack Barn, gemstone mining, and duck racing for family fun. Relax in our second-level tasting room or along the Millpond boardwalk with a refreshing sweet cider or wine from our farm winery. Ordering can be done at the truck with cash or cards, or you can use our Cousins Maine Lobster mobile app for contactless ordering.
