Details:
Join Audubon to learn more about the amphibians living in this area, try to identify a frog by only its calls, and see some of these slimy, bumpy, amazing animals up close. Amphibians, like frogs, toads, and salamanders, will spend at least some portion of their life in water, but you can also find plenty of them hopping around the forest floor and crawling under logs.
After an indoor lesson learning more about their life cycles and adaptations, head outside to explore their habitat by flipping some logs, searching the ponds, and looking closely on the forest floor.
A snack is provided after the hike and a craft is offered if there is time.
Special Information: This program takes place rain or shine, please dress for the weather.
