Topics covered: • Value Stream Mapping • Cause/Effect Diagram • Control Charts • FMEA • Pareto Charts • 5 S • Cost of Quality • PPAP(Production Part Approval Process) • Scatter Plots Knowledge and application of these tools will benefit the participants to reduce customer pain points, improve in process quality to reduce cycle time and defects to drive operational excellence and enhance customer experience/satisfaction.
