Join us Thursday mornings for a casual community walk tailored for parents and caregivers of all genders and at all stages of parenting. Led by dedicated perinatal staff, this event fosters connectedness and community spirit. We meet at 9:00 AM and kick off the walk at 9:05 AM, with an alternative meeting location available for latecomers. Whether you bring your coffee, stroller, push bike, or just yourself, you’ll find a welcoming space to meet new friends and enjoy gentle movement together. Children are welcome, but attendance without children is perfectly fine too. A $5 contribution reserves your spot and supports community activities throughout the year. Join us in building and sustaining this village together!
