Join the Museum Educator in the STEM Inspiration Center and discover how a surprising number of Ohio institutions, industries, and people contributed materially to the space program during Project Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo. Although this presentation will not offer a comprehensive treatment of the subject, it will discuss a number of those contributors as a way of paying tribute to their ingenuity, determination, and dedication. After the presentation, continue your journey through aerospace history with a guided tour led by the Museum Educator, offering deeper insights into the museum’s exhibits and artifacts. Presentation begins at 2:00 PM in the STEM Inspiration Center Guided tour begins at 3:00 PM No RSVP is required. Participation is included with general admission, which must be paid at the entrance.
