Guests will have the opportunity to complete an activity in the STEM Center with the museum's education team. Public tours will take place throughout the day as well. Activity: Boom Whackers: Create a melody that’s truly out of this world! Using colorful Boom Whackers, participants will work to invent their own musical masterpiece while exploring the surprising story of the first song ever played in space: “Jingle Bells.” Participants can discover this and their own music artist within! Boom Whackers Times 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Guided tours: These last about 45 minutes and will take place at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. No RSVP required. Guests must pay general admission at entrance to join the tour and activity. Guests can join the activity or tours as they choose. Space is limited to 25 people for each activity or tour time slot.
