Renter Education Workshop

Gain essential knowledge about your rights and obligations as a tenant, learn to craft a realistic budget, and discover strategies to navigate financial hurdles. Understand the importance of credit and renters' insurance, and get clarity on the eviction process, recognizing when legal help may be necessary. You'll also gain insight into different lease types and tenancy agreements. Equipped with practical tools and resources, you'll leave ready to make informed decisions. Plus, you can schedule a personalized counseling session with our HUD-certified experts to help you achieve your specific goals.
While our programming is designed for residents ages 18+, we provide financial literacy education for youth upon request and availability. We have worked with local youth groups like Ai3 Leadership Academy to develop knowledge, skills, and habits as a stepping stone to a young person’s path to adult financial well-being. All registrants must complete the following steps:
1. Complete the Workshop Registration Form
