Programs are designed for adults who want to connect with our natural world. Along with spending time outdoors, physical activity, self reflection and creative outlets will be included. Components like journaling, guided visualizations, breath work or dancing join us to transformative processes taking place each season.
SPRING INTO SUMMER features themes of nesting, flowering and new growth. Savor moments as our region transitions into the flavors of summer. Guided trail activities engage your senses as themes of spring are explored. Traverse Luckey’s Landing for an afternoon of enjoyment and fellowship with our natural world.
