Sometimes referred to as “moving meditation,” Tai Chi (pronounced Tie-Chee) uses slow, deliberate movements to benefit health and balance. A free Tai Chi class is being held on Friday, June 12 from 11:00 – 11:45 a.m., in the Doris Tripp Memorial Room of the Vineland Public Library. Taught by Morris Siegel, a member of the Yang Family Tai Chi Association and the United Fellowship of Martial Artists International, this class is designed for seniors but open to all adults ages 18 and over. Class size is limited, and registration is required. Participants must also fill out a waiver to join the class. Call (856) 794-4244 ext. 4243 to reserve your spot today! The Vineland Public Library is located at 1058 E. Landis Avenue. This program is funded by the Friends of Vineland Public Library.
