Inclusive Karate Class – Every Wednesday

Building confidence, respect, and strength one move at a time.
Join us every Wednesday for our inclusive Karate Class, designed for children, teens, and adults of all abilities. This class focuses on structure, routine, and personal growth in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Participants learn the fundamentals of karate while developing balance, coordination, focus, and self-confidence. Each student is guided at their own pace, honoring effort, progress, and respect for self and others.

No prior karate experience is required. Families and caregivers are welcome to observe or participate as needed.
