Indian River County Parks & Recreation offers Let's Walk Together, a free and welcoming program designed to promote physical activity, reduce stress, and encourage social connection through guided group walks. Participants will enjoy peaceful walks through scenic natural settings, providing an opportunity to stay active while connecting with others in a relaxed, outdoor environment. This program is suitable for a variety of fitness levels and encourages participants to move at a comfortable pace while enjoying the benefits of fresh air and nature. Participants are encouraged to bring water and wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Pre-registration is not required—simply arrive and join the group. Walks are led by Maureen C.
