Indian River County Parks & Recreation offers Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic and challenging class designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mindfulness through continuous movement and breathwork. This class is ideal for participants with a basic foundation in yoga as well as more experienced practitioners. Vinyasa focuses on linking breath to movement, creating a flowing sequence of postures that promote balance, coordination, and endurance. Each session includes warm-up exercises, flowing movement sequences, standing and balance poses, followed by a cool-down and rest period. Modifications and restorative options are provided, allowing participants to adjust the intensity as needed. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle to each class. Classes are instructed by Certified Yoga Instructor Mirit W. Class Schedule Intergenerational (IG) Center 1590 9th St. SW, Vero Beach.
