About Big Daddy Weave: Big Daddy Weave is a beloved Christian music band known for honest songs about personal stories of freedom in Christ. The band's songs, which include "My Story," "The Lion and the Lamb," "Overwhelmed," "Redeemed," "Alive," "I Know," and "All Things New," have made them one of the most admired Christian music groups.
The current members are Mike Weaver (lead vocals, guitar), Jeremy Redmon (guitar, vocals), Joe Shirk (saxophone, keys, vocals), and Brian Beihl (drums). Founding member and Mike's brother, Jay Weaver, passed away on January 2, 2022. Despite the loss, and after realizing how Jay and the group have been used to minister, the band decided to continue making music. Their testimony emphasizes a deep and personal faith in Jesus, encouraging them to live by faith and trust in a God who makes all things new, regardless of their circumstances
