Project Information:
Hey all folks, for this one we will continue repairing the Orchard Bar section of the Rogue River Walk. We will use power and hand tools to remove vegetation from the trail corridor, dig trail tread, and remove logs across the trail.
Hiking information:
We will meet at the Orchard Bar parking area and hike about a mile to our work area. The hike goes over some uneven and steep terrain, but it is not very strenuouse.
You should plan to participate in this trail party for its entirety. For safety reasons, please do not arrive late or expect to be able to leave early.

What to bring:

Plenty of water
Snacks/lunch
Work gloves if you have them (loaner gloves available)
Any medications or emergency supplies you may need
Sunscreen + insect repellent
A pack to bring all of this with you on trail
TKO provides all tools and personal protective equipment (hard hats, gloves, glasses)

What to wear:

Boots (Please wear something sturdy that will protect your toes from sharp tools. Tennis shoes are not recommended. Open-toed shoes will not be allowed.)
