HOLY GUACAMOLE! Uvalde Radio is throwing a big National Avocado Day bash at our monthly Party On The Plaza, Friday, July 31, from 6 to 9 pm in the downtown plaza! We’ll have tons of amazing local and regional vendors with clothing, woodworking, collectibles, and incredible food. Plus, get ready for our first-ever competition to crown the BEST GUACAMOLE IN UVALDE! Whip up your guac on-site for a shot at winning our one-of-a-kind AVOCADO TROPHY! A panel of local celebrity judges will be tasting, so bring your A-game. Uvalde Radio will keep the party going with great music and awesome giveaways, including Crime 101 and Scream 7 on Blu-ray from Paramount Pictures, the Billie Eilish concert film on digital, Forum 6 Theatres passes, classic rock CDs from Rhino, and a last chance to win tickets and VIP meet & greets for Uvalde Radio’s 7th Anniversary Concert at the Uvalde Grand Opera House!
