Morning Light and Gentle Start Toddler Time at United Friends School
Starting school for the first time can feel like a big step for toddlers and parents alike.
Morning Light offers a gentle introduction to school through play, connection, and caring relationships. Designed for toddlers, this summer program helps children build confidence and independence at their own pace.
Each Tuesday begins with Gentle Start, a caregiver-and-child hour filled with exploration, movement, stories, and play.
Families may stay together from 9:00–10:00 AM, or children who are ready may begin their morning independently. At 10:00 AM, children continue with Morning Light, a small, supportive drop-off experience with trusted teachers and new friends.

Small class size (limited to 10 children)

Some children are ready to separate right away. Others need a little more time. We honor each child's unique journey and provide a calm, welcoming space where confidence can grow naturally.
