The eLab offers a variety of services aimed at enhancing digital skills and facilitating job searches. Participants can receive assistance with basic computer skills, including parts of a computer, hardware and software differences, and general operation with keyboard and mouse usage. Additional support includes help with cover letters and resumes, internet access for job applications, email account setup, and guidance with the library's digital services on laptops and tablets. Visitors can also access online eGov applications for unemployment claims, food or housing assistance, Social Security, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act.
