In celebration of the 239th anniversary of the Northwest Territory Ordinance of 1787, please join us at the Start Westward Monument on Front Street for Paul Finkelman's presentation on "The Northwest Ordinance, the Success and Failure of a Hopeful Future for Western America."
Paul will also present at Campus Martius Museum at 6pm on "The Evolution of 19th Century Ohio, From Racial Exclusion and Segregation to the Cutting Edge of Racial Equality."
Both events are free and open to the public.
