Celebrate the Douglas County Fair Parade in downtown Castle Rock, presented by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Town of Castle Rock. Parade starts on the south end of Town, and flows down Wilcox St. to 4th St., to Perry St., and ends at 2nd St. This year’s parade will feature an exciting, expanded theme - “America 250/Colorado 150” In addition to the traditional western flair, we’ll be celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States and the 150th anniversary of the State of Colorado. Participants are encouraged to incorporate the 250/150 theme into their entries. There will be bonus points awarded in the parade competition for creative integration of this historic celebration. First come, first serve positions will open at 7:30 a.m. on July 25th; all entries must enter the closed westbound lanes of Plum Creek Parkway from the roundabout at Gilbert and Plum Creek Parkway and check-in for the event. REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 1, 2026 NUMBER OF ENTRIES IS LIMITED. ENTRY REGISTRATION IS PER GROUP, NOT PER PERSON.
