Join the Prospect Park Alliance for an exciting day of nature exploration and family-friendly activities at Brooklyn's only lake! On this special event day in July, engage in various hands-on experiences. Start with **Pond Water Discovery** from 10 AM to 3 PM, where you can explore the vibrant underwater ecosystem with magnifying glasses alongside knowledgeable park naturalists. From 1 to 2 PM, participate in the **Animal Encounter** and get up close with fascinating water-dwelling creatures such as turtles and fish, learning about their habitats and roles in the ecosystem. Follow this with **Nature on the Go!** from 2 to 3 PM, where you can take a nature walk around the lake while helping to keep the park clean by picking up litter. Additionally, parents and caregivers are invited to join the **Prospect Park Stroller Walk** for a relaxing stroll along the waterways, enjoying the sounds of nature and the beauty of the park's flora.
