Sound, Soul & Creativity: Sound & the Emotional Body

Join us for this 6-week workshop series that blends exploration, emotional depth, and creativeexpression towards building a pathway for health and wellness. Each session will focus on exploring a unique creative theme and will build upon the last, moving from inner awareness tooutward creation and collaboration. No musical experience is required-simply curiosity and openness to explore body, mind andspirit in new ways! Community instruments will be available for use and/or bring your own. Classes are instructed by Lynn Saltiel **This is not a series; please register separately for each individual class youd like to take.** Session 1 | July 7: Foundations of Listening Session 2 | July 14: Sound the Emotional Body Session 3 | July 21: Soul Expression Through Voice Session 4 | August 4: Creative Flow States Session 5 | August 11: Collaborative Sound Creation Session 6 | August 18: Integration Creativity Showcase Registration Required.
