Let's Learn Mandarin

Join us to learn basic Mandarin conversational skills. You will learn through interactive fun Taiwanese cultural activities, such as: food, name seal carving, singing, Chinese calligraphy, Mahjong, Chinese craft and much more. There will be eight weekly classes. This event is only for adults who are non-native Mandarin speakers. Space is limited to 30 participants. Registration is required. Click on the "Register" button on the right side. This program is sponsored by Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) and IFY Adult Chinese Learning Center-Fremont. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance.
