On June 24, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Moundville Archaeological Park invites visitors to start your day with refreshing movement and stretching on the Moundville lawn! This all-levels outdoor class, led by a local instructor, blends gentle flow Pilates with the beauty of nature. Bring a yoga mat or towel and join us for a mindful session. Light refreshments will be provided. Free with admission. Instructor Dominique Bodoh is a PhD student in anthropology at The University of Alabama and a citizen of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.
This program is free with paid park admission. Please note: Since this is a special event, Moundville residents will need to pay admission during the time of the program.
