Join us for a transformative 3-month art therapy workshop designed for those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or curious about exploring their inner world. This welcoming environment encourages open expression, where you are the artist and free to create in your own unique way. Participants will engage in hands-on exploration using various materials, including provided oil pastels, to navigate thoughts, address life’s challenges, and embark on a deeply personal creative journey. No prior artistic experience is required — just bring your willingness to explore.

Art therapy offers significant mental, emotional, and physical health benefits through creative processes, providing a non-verbal outlet to address issues ranging from trauma and self-esteem to everyday self-awareness. Research shows it can enhance cognitive abilities like memory and focus.
