En Plein Air at Mountain Sprigs Farm

Join us for an afternoon of art, lavender, and community as we invite artists of all ages and skill levels, from professionals to those simply looking to paint for the joy of it: to create en plein air among the blooming lavender.
What is En Plain Air? It’s most commonly used in art to describe painting outdoors, directly from nature rather than in a studio. Choose your favorite spot on the property and paint away!
Not a painter? Come anyway! Spectators are warmly welcome to stroll the grounds, watch artists at work, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
Admission: $5 per person for artists and spectators.
Paintings may be taken home or displayed and offered for sale at the farm throughout the remainder of the lavender season. If your artwork doesn’t sell, it will be returned to you at the end of the season.
We’re also excited to welcome Michelle Triaca, a local mixed-media artist, who will be showcasing her artwork for sale and hosting a community art project at her tent.
U-Pick lavender is available for $10 per bundle while harvest lasts.
BYOB. Stay awhile, paint, spectate, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the lavender fields.
