Whether you’re a total beginner or just looking to refine your form, this class is for everyone. We focus on the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, low-pressure environment. You’ll learn the "why" and the "how" behind essential movements, ensuring you feel confident and safe every time you pick up a weight. To ensure you are training at a pace that is safe and effective for your body, participants are asked to bring their own weights (such as a pair of dumbbells) that they feel comfortable working with.
