The Colour Combo exercise, hosted by Ceri Griffiths and Paulla Keen at Makers of Mixed Media Art/Artists group on Facebook, has become a fun and engaging monthly event for makers of mixed media art. Each month, a new trio of colors is announced for participants to incorporate into their creations. The only stipulation is that black, white, and metallics are always welcome to be added, giving artists the freedom to experiment while maintaining a sense of cohesion within the exercise. It’s a wonderful opportunity for members of the Makers of Mixed Media Art/Artists group to explore new color palettes, share ideas, and inspire each other.
