Join us for the STEAM Lab this summer at the library, where you can explore your inner scientist through hands-on experiments and projects focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Designed for elementary students in grades K-5, this drop-in program takes place every Tuesday from 1-2 p.m. No registration is required—just come by and enjoy! Each week features exciting activities:
- June 9: **Dino Volcanoes** - Create a classic baking soda and vinegar volcano.
- June 16: **Crystal Paintings** - Make paint that transforms your artwork into crystals.
- June 23: **Barn Quilt Collages** - Use Ohio's famous barn quilts as inspiration for a math-infused paper collage.
- June 30: **Fossil Dig** - Unearth dinosaur bones and create impressions of your discoveries.
- July 7: **Paper Gardens** - Design a garden that never wilts!
- July 14: **Crayon Rocks** - Learn about rock formation while making your own crayon to take home.
- July 21: **Bridge Challenge** - Assist in the Lego city by constructing the strongest bridge!
