Community Flag Planting Event: Town of Westlake

Get ready because the flags are coming back to Westlake! Join us on Thursday, July 2nd, at 8:00 AM in honoring America's 250th birthday by coming together as a community to plant U.S. flags throughout our Town. This year, we'll plant more flags than ever. Thousands of American flags will line Westlake's roads to honor our country's birthday.
We'll be gathering at the Westlake Fire-EMS Department located at 2000 Dove Road. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to be a part of this wonderful event.
We'll provide all the materials, but feel free to bring your own water, sunscreen, and maybe even a battery-powered drill to help drill the holes, just in case the ground is hard.
This is an event that continues to grow, we couldn't be prouder to be a part of it again this year. If you'd like to participate, please email our Mayor Kim Greaves at kgreaves@westlaketx.gov to let him know if you'd like to take part and how many people will be in your group.
