Bloomingdale: Chair Yoga

It’s time to stretch our muscles! Come exercise with us at the Bloomingdale Branch Library twice a week on Mondays and Fridays at 10 am. We meet at the Bloomingdale Baptist Church Shelter Building to the right of the library, behind the Bloomingdale Baptist Christian Activity Center. Parking is available behind the library.
