Challenge your balance with a gentle yoga flow on a stand-up paddle board. This experience is led by In the Flow Paddling Company. Paddle board, PFD, and anchor are provided.
Program for ages 18+. Pre-registration is required.
Cost: $40/person
$20/person if participant supplies their own paddle board and 1 lbs. anchor
