Join us for "Active in the Outdoors: Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga," a unique experience designed to challenge your balance with a gentle yoga flow while on a stand-up paddle board. This program, led by In the Flow Paddling Company, provides all necessary equipment including a paddle board, personal flotation device (PFD), and anchor. It is open to participants aged 18 and older, and pre-registration is required. The cost is $40 per person, or $20 if you supply your own paddle board and a 1 lbs. anchor.
