This engaging evening, presented by Headwaters Outfitters and the Pisgah Chapter of Trout Unlimited, features a living aquarium display showcasing the Southern Appalachian brook trout, one of the region's most remarkable and at-risk species.

Dive into hands-on educational experiences that highlight cold-water conservation and learn about the importance of the Southern Appalachian brook trout, Trout Unlimited’s Trout in the Classroom program, and the connection between healthy trout populations and a thriving French Broad River watershed. The evening will include insights from experts like Tom Champeau, a retired fisheries biologist and board member of the Pisgah Chapter, and Stephanie Adams, a Certified Naturalist and education advocate in conservation.
