John Mathieu and his family moved to Brevard in 2023 to take over Kilwins after spending eight years in Chicago singing and teaching music. John has a passion for customer service as well as food preparation and has found the Kilwins hand-made recipes an exciting challenge in this business venture. He strives to uphold the Kilwins' motto "Sweet in every sense, since 1947".
