Join us for the Sacred Sound Gathering: a Mantra Circle and Vegetarian Potluck hosted by Spirit Soul & Friends® with Patita Pavana and James Long, taking place every 2nd Saturday from 4:00–6:00 PM at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Diego. This uplifting community gathering welcomes individuals of all ages for an afternoon filled with mantra meditation, kirtan (sacred music), and connections that nourish the heart and soul.
Participants can look forward to gentle kirtan, breathwork, Japa meditation, and inspiring conversations in a peaceful atmosphere. Everyone is encouraged to bring a vegetarian dish or snack to share (no meat, eggs, or alcohol, please) to foster community and friendship.
No prior experience is necessary—just come with an open heart! Suggested donations are welcome, and spots are limited, so please RSVP. Free parking is available at the ACE Parking Lot, 298 West Arbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92103.
