Registration fee includes 6 sessions. All sessions will be held on Sundays at 1-2:30pm in the Visitors Center. This class runs August 17 - September 21. The practice of Qigong is well known for building strength, flexibility and improving balance. The gentle flowing practice also helps with developing skills for achieving peace and calmness inherent to the practice. This practice is great for both beginners and those with previous experience. *Member discount will be applied at checkout* Program Audience: Ages 14 Location: Visitors Center Accessibility: This practice will involve light movement and exercise. Recommended Attire/Supplies: Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and shoes that they can move in. Please bring your own water bottle.
