Come enjoy FREE beginner level strength and stability focus yoga classes. Offered by Evergy Plaza & Topeka Yoga Network of Downtown Topeka. Bring your own mat and blocks. Foundations will be turned on during class, you can be in the water or not but we suggest you bring a towel or two just in case.
