Family Yoga with Ms. Ann (Beach House)

Unplug, connect, and move together in this fun-filled family yoga class designed for children ages 6 and up and their caregivers. Through playful poses, partner activities, mindful movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation, families will build strength, balance, confidence, and connection.
No yoga experience is needed—just come ready to move, play, and spend quality time together.
To ensure we have enough space for everyone, each family member attending (both adults and children) must register separately prior to class. Thank you for helping us create the best experience for all participants!
