Join us for a three-week session of gentle Hatha Yoga as we focus on meditation through the breath and gentle movements that nourish the body and the mind.
Each session offers adaptable poses to meet your individual needs, with support from yoga mats, chairs, and walls to enhance your practice. The essence of Yoga is to connect the Mind and Body, and we'll learn how to attain awareness of the present moment through stillness and peaceful movement.
Class Note: Please bring your own yoga mat and enjoy a supportive, mindful practice together.

Community Instructor: Pamela Bortz
Pam Bortz is a retired Registered Nurse and currently an active Massage Therapist. Her love of nursing and massage led her to notice how many people had difficulty with simple movements that could make their bodies feel better, younger, and more comfortable. Pam has been practicing yoga most of her life and has taught it for the past 18 years, where her goal is to help others be comfortable in their bodies with movement, appreciate the calmness the breath can give, and attain the deep meditative mind that connects the full picture of a Yoga practice.
