Sams House is Brevard County’s oldest standing home, built in 1875. Tours are given of the 1875 cabin and the adjacent 1888 Florida Vernacular-style home.
This 30 to 45-minute tour gives a little insight into the Sams Family and what their life was like living on North Merritt Island
