3:00 pm: Museum Scavenger Hunt Part 1: Meet seasonal ranger at the museum for a scavenger hunt through the museum.
5:00 pm: Pollinators: Meet seasonal ranger at the Butterfly Garden to discuss National Pollinator Week and learn about the Pollinator of the Year 2026, the Swallowtail Butterfly.
6:00 pm: Movie Night: Meet seasonal ranger at the museum to watch the movie Over the Hedge to highlight how human expansion displaces wildlife and destroys ecosystems and to discuss stewardship and preservation/ conservation.

2:00 pm: Bats Bats Bats: Join seasonal ranger at the museum for an informative program about bats.
4:00 pm: Build a Bat Box: Join seasonal ranger at the playground pavilion to learn more about bats and to build a bat box.
6:00 pm: Pollinators!: Meet seasonal ranger at the museum for discussion and informative videos on pollinators.
8:00 pm: Batgazing: Meet seasonal ranger at the Overlook to watch the bats in action and listen to the night sounds of Tennessee.

9:00 am: Hike to the Restored Fortification: Meet the seasonal ranger at the museum for a short, informative round-trip hike up to the newly restored fortification where most of the battle at Fort Pillow took place.
11:00 am: Informative Hike to Suspension Bridge: Meet seasonal ranger at the museum for a short, informative hike to the newly installed suspension bridge.
1:00 pm: Museum Tour and Video: Meet seasonal ranger at the museum for an informative tour through the Civil War battle at Fort Pillow, as well as an interesting insight into what a soldier would have carried in this pack and view the film on Fort Pillow.
3:00 pm: Meet seasonal ranger at the Butterfly Garden to discuss National Pollinator Week and learn about the Pollinator of the Year 2026, the Swallowtail Butterfly.
