Details:
Join the ASL Club, a welcoming space for all skill levels, from adults and teens to kids aged 5 and up. Engage in activities, presentations, and conversations that enhance your American Sign Language (ASL) skills. The club meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Mondays throughout the year from 5:30 to 6:45 PM. Summer 2026 dates include June 1 & 15, July 6 & 20, and August 3 & 17. A special beginner class will be offered on Monday, July 15, making it an ideal time for newcomers to start learning. Participants can improve their ASL, practice finger spelling, converse with peers and members of the Deaf community, explore resources, play games, learn about Deaf culture, and connect with fellow enthusiasts. All ages are welcome, but children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Join us for free fun and friendship in an inviting environment, held upstairs in the library. No need to attend every session—learn at your own pace while receiving support!
