Resource Navigation

Join us for Resource Navigation, where you can receive personalized assistance from the Community Resource team, including Peer Resource Navigators and Resource Coordinators, to help you find local resources and support for mental and physical health, addiction recovery, reentry services, social services, shelters, and food resources. Although the Death Talk Cafe event is cancelled for this month, we encourage you to visit the Park Hill Branch Library on June 8th for open conversations about death. This gathering, led by experienced facilitators Jamie Sarche and Valerie Nicholas, is a safe space to normalize discussions around death rather than a grief support or counseling session.
